AlgoKits provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) that trades for you 24/7 on MetaTrader 5. Our algorithms use quantitative strategies to identify and execute trades automatically based on statistical patterns.

Think of it as a sophisticated trading robot that watches the markets constantly, identifies opportunities, and executes trades with precision - all while you sleep, work, or do anything else.

Your subscription includes 10 trading algorithms across two product lines:

No trading experience required. That's the entire point of automated trading. The Vector Bot handles all the technical analysis, trade timing, position sizing, and risk management for you.

You just need to:

• Open a broker account with MetaTrader 5
• Install the Vector Bot EA
• Set your risk percentage (how much to risk per trade)
• Let it run

If you can install an app on your computer, you can run Vector Bots.

Extremely simple. Unlike other trading systems that require you to configure dozens of parameters, our algorithms require only TWO settings:

That's it. All the complex strategy parameters are pre-optimized for each market. You control the risk, we handle the rest.

When you drag the Vector Bot onto a chart in MetaTrader 5, it automatically reads the symbol name and matches it to one of the 8 supported markets. It then loads the optimized configuration for that specific instrument.

This means you use the same EA file for all markets. No need to download and install 8 different algorithms - one Vector Bot handles everything.

The bot recognizes various broker naming conventions (XAUUSD, GOLD, XAUUSDm, etc.) so it works across different brokers automatically.

Vector Bots must run on the M1 (1-minute) timeframe only. The EA will alert you and refuse to start if attached to any other timeframe.

The algorithm is specifically calibrated for the M1 timeframe. Running it on other timeframes would produce unreliable results.

The Vector Bot monitors the market continuously (24/5 for forex, commodities, and indices; 24/7 for crypto) and only opens trades when specific statistical conditions are met.

It does NOT trade every day. Sometimes there are no valid setups for days at a time. This selectivity is intentional and part of the risk management approach - only trading when the edge is statistically favorable.

All positions are automatically closed by the end of the trading day (configurable) or when max holding time is reached, typically 1-8 hours depending on the market.

Minimum: $500 per market you want to trade.

Recommended: $1,000+ for comfortable position sizing and to weather normal drawdowns.

Yes. All trading involves risk of loss. There is no guarantee of profits.

Vector Bots have built-in risk controls:

• Every trade has a predefined stop loss
• Risk per trade is capped at your specified percentage
• Optional daily drawdown limit stops trading if losses exceed threshold
• Maximum holding time prevents trades from running too long

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. This applies to all trading, not just algorithmic trading.

We cannot promise specific returns. Anyone who does is lying to you.

What we can tell you:

• The strategies are backtested on years of historical data
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Your returns depend on risk settings, market conditions, and broker spreads
• There will be winning periods and losing periods

You can view historical performance data for each Vector Bot on their individual pages. Remember that backtested results, even on real tick data, cannot guarantee future performance.

Yes, many users run Vector Bots on prop firm accounts.

However, you must verify your prop firm allows:

• Expert Advisors (EAs) / Algorithmic trading
• The specific instruments Vector Bots trade
• Intraday trading strategies

Vector Bots have configurable Max Daily Drawdown % which helps you stay within prop firm rules. Set this to match your challenge or funded account requirements.

MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is free trading software that connects you to financial markets. It's the industry standard platform used by millions of traders worldwide.

You download MT5 from your broker's website (or directly from MetaQuotes). Vector Bots are installed as Expert Advisors (EAs) inside MT5.

Note: AlgoKits works with MT5 only, not MT4.

1. Download the Vector Bot .ex5 file from your AlgoKits dashboard
2. Open MT5 and go to File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts
3. Paste the .ex5 file into the Experts folder
4. Restart MT5 or right-click Navigator → Refresh
5. Enable WebRequest: Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → Allow WebRequest and add https://api.algokits.com
6. Drag the Vector Bot onto your M1 chart
7. Enter your license key and risk settings
8. Enable AutoTrading (green button in toolbar)

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a computer in the cloud that runs 24/7. Benefits:

• Never miss trades due to computer shutdown or internet issues
• Fast, reliable connection to broker servers
• No wear on your personal computer

Common causes and fixes:

1. Check your license key: Copy it exactly from your dashboard at algokits.com/dashboard. No extra spaces before or after.
2. Enable WebRequest: Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → check "Allow WebRequest for listed URL" and add https://api.algokits.com
3. Check subscription status: Make sure your subscription is active in your dashboard
4. Check internet connection: The EA needs internet to validate your license
5. Restart MT5: Sometimes a simple restart fixes connectivity issues

Your license key can be used on 2 different MT5 accounts simultaneously.

Accounts are automatically linked when you first use the EA. You can manage linked accounts from your dashboard and unlink/relink as needed.

Yes, cancel anytime with no questions asked.

How it works:

• Go to your billing portal (link in dashboard)
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Can resubscribe anytime

No hoops to jump through, no "retention specialists", no guilt trips. Just click cancel and you're done.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Stripe is a globally trusted payment processor used by companies like Amazon, Google, and Shopify.

We do not offer refunds.

Reasons:

• You get instant access to download all EAs and your license key upon purchase
• Digital products cannot be "returned"
• Trading losses are not grounds for refund - all trading carries risk

If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

1. You receive an email notification
2. You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
3. If not resolved, your license becomes inactive
4. The EA will stop opening new trades (existing positions stay open with stop losses)

To reactivate, simply update your payment info in the billing portal or resubscribe. Your account settings and linked MT5 accounts are preserved.
